As title says, I've tried tracking this item today but was disappointed to find it's been dropshipped from AliExpress

Where do I stand on this?

Am I better refusing the delivery or acceptingvtyen going through eBay for the return?

Because I was led to believe it was an original located in the UK.

I could have went directly to Ali express and bought it there for a lot less whilst understanding the risks

They have a UK site so will have some warehouses here. If don't want it you would have to pay the cost of return. Not accepting delivery is always a bit dicey in case courier still marks as delivered.
