Item i have refunded as a seller has not been sent back to me. What can I do?
I agreed a refund for an item I sold. I refunded the buyer but have not received the item back. What can I do? I have messaged the seller, but he is not responding.

Mentor1 week agoSorry, you did this wrong.
You should have issued return postage label through case,
Then only refund on return of item.
If you refund 1st, ebay assume you don't want item back,so close case.
This is now between you and seller.
You can send money, maybe PayPal or buy your own label.
It can't be done through ebay.

Mentor1 week agoI am sorry but there is nothing you can do. When sellers refund upfront ebay assumes you don't want the item back.
