Item I bought has been recalled
I bought a high viz from a seller back in May
i recieved an email from eBay saying it was unsafe, didn’t conform to EU standards
I’ve contacted the seller but no response
I know it’s low value but on principle- if it’s faulty and not up to spec - surely a refund should be a given?
help and support on here is shocking- any advice

You are too late for ebay 30 day MBG.
It is between you and seller, if worth it contact citizens advice.
