Item hasn't arrived, "proof of delivery" shows nothing and eBay is refusing to help | Member To Member Support

Hello, I've purchased an item in October and it still hasn't arrived. They told me to contact the seller which said that he had sent it so that therefore it was not his problem anymore but eBay's. This is the proof of delivery (the whole picture, just that yes, I've redacted the address obviously). I emailed eBay explaining that a picture showing a quarter of a parcel and a little bit of thumb is not proof of delivery. You can't see the location (in case it wass left in a safe place), me receiving the parcel or the person posting it through a letter box. They refused to acknowledge that so I raised a claim with Klarna who told me that "the item has been sent" and that the tracking number was real so that they couldn't do anything and I had to talk to eBay. When I asked eBay again, they said I opened a claim with Klarna and that they were not supposed to do anything anymore. Now I'm 200£ out of pocket and I don't have the item. As it is something I paid with Klarna so I can't cancel the payment via my credit card. Is there anything else I can do considering eBay doesn't really seem to care? Thanks for potential help
