Mentor10 months agoIf you bought the postage yourself you can mark the item as dispatched by generating the original Simple Delivery label.
Then change the tracking number on a desktop browser, via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking,
If you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
