Item has been delivered but not updated on listing so funds aren't being released
Item was delivered, I have received proof of delivery but it is not updating on the sold listing and so my funds are still in pending. Any idea how to fix?

Mentor1 week agoNew, Occasional, Intermittent/Returning sellers should be aware that they are liable to have payment holds for 14 and up to 30 days as per policy >

Mentor1 week agoTracking is sometimes slow to update so payment may be held for 14 days. Or if a new seller it might be held for 30 days which is a separate issue. Either way you will get it.
