Item from December 2025 never received and can't seem to raise a report
Hi, I bought an item in December 2025 and realise I have not received it (six months later). I don't seem to be able to report it as not delivered - could someone help send me a link to report it (looks like because it is not in last 90 days it has dropped out of recent purchases). Any help would be appreciated. Note that the money has been taken from my bank account in December and cleared.

Mentor4 months agoSorry but it's too late to do anything. eBay only allow 30 days for claims and banks etc. allow 120 days.

Mentor4 months ago```You have left it too long to do anything through eBay, you have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to raise any claims even your payment provider are unlikely to be able to help as their normal time limit is 120 days but you could try them or if it's from a UK business seller try asking Citizens Advice.
