I have bought 2 solar panels that have failed after 4 mnts , sell isn't helping even though the ad says 12 mnts guarantee . how do I request a call back from ebay ?

eBay don't get involved with warranty or guarantee claims they only use the 30 day moneyback guarantee. This is between you and seller, if they are unresponsive and a business seller contact citizens advice for any help, if a private seller nothing you can do
