Hello! I sent an item to a buyer through simple delivery. Allegedly Evri were “unable to deliver”. Now the tracker on eBay says that the item is on its way back to me. It’s been 3 days since the last update. The buyer is not happy and neither am I. Both Evri and eBay seem to think that customer service is best provided by a self-satisfied chat bot which goes around in circles. So much for simple delivery. Can anyone help? Thank you.
