Item dispatched but not sent due to wrong size
I have sold an item and marked as dispatched but as I was getting it ready I noticed I advertised as size 14 but it is a 12. Messaged seller but no response.
what is the best course of action? Do I refund the buyer then cancel the order or does cancelling the order refund the buyer?

Mentor4 months agoWhen you cancel the transaction a refund is issued in the process. If you have problems cancelling the buyer will have to open a not received case to get their money back that way.
