OP7 months agoHi Ihave was waiting for thes item,for very long time I didnt received the item seller dose not reply me I asked for refund more then 4 days. There is no any option to connect seller dose not reply the message please help me thanks

Mentor7 months agoIf it is still within 30 days of the estimated delivery date select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
If it is more than 30 days it is too late for ebay but if it is less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

Mentor7 months agoOpen item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.
Escalate on day 4, ignore seller excuses.
