Item details: 366131204965 - NEW Luggage Scale Portable Digital Weight Scale for Travel Suitcase
I have just recieved this product, followed by an email from EBay stating that they have been informed from AU authorities that these scales pose a hazard. They state harmful to users. How do I find out waht this actually means?

Mentor5 months agoOpen a return stating Item does not match description or photos and send it back for a refund. You have 30 days to do this.
I don't know how you could find out the details, and quite honestly you could end up spending so much time trying to find out that you could run out of time to open a return.
