Hello community, i would like to ask if anyone has had an item delivered unsafe...at the risk of theft...had the item stolen. What was your outcome of receiving a refund when the seller ignored you, did ebay help step in to sort things out to recover your payment to the seller ? Thanks in advance.

Mentor1 month agoAs far as ebay are concerned tracked proof of delivery is good enough. If stolen from doorstep, this is nothing to do with seller or ebay.
You can report to police but that eill not get you a refund, if seller was expected to refund, what would be the point of having proof of delivery.
