I got an email to say my item was delivered, but I haven't got it and the tracking shows that Evri have delivered it to the wrong place. How do I contact ebay about it? Every time I try it says it might still be on its way and I have to wait another 4 days. But I know it has been delivered to the wrong place already. Why do I have to waste 4 days? Customer services should be contacting Evri about it straight away.
