Sold an item, packed it posted it only for it to arrive damaged by postal delivery / what happens now?

Mentor3 weeks agoAs long as you used Simple Delivery eBay refund the buyer for loss or damage in transit and you keep the payment. So ask the buyer to open an "Item damaged in delivery” return and they will get their money back from ebay. They won't be required to send the item back.
