Item delivered to address customer supplied at check out but want a refund
Item delivered to address given at check out. But customer wants a refund or replacement due to them supplying the wrong address. Need to speak to someone at eBay, has anyone have a contact phone number.

If it was this buyer, I suggest you add them to blocked bidder list.
Sounds like they are trouble.

Mentor4 months agoAs long as you have tracking showing delivery to the address the buyer used at checkout you have seller protection.
Tell the buyer to open a case for item not received and make sure the tracking is in the case.
You do not need to contact ebay.
