Item delivered but still shows as Dispatch Overdue, paid postage myself

Question

I paid for this and posted it myself by Royal Mail - couldn't use QR code as no WiFi at Post Office. I booked collection but didn't happen - so I'm outside Ebay's system. I've tracked it and it has been delivered to the buyer but it still shows as Dispatch Overdue! How can I change that? Wendysunshines

To mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).

You can't change tracking number ibut if necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.

You can download the label/QR code and that will mark it as dispatched, but the cost of the postage label will go back to the buyer.
