Item delivered but still showing as pending. Customer has received the item and left great feedback
Item has been recieved by the customer however the Royal Mail tracking states still pending and as a result eBay still showing as out for delivery. Can anyone help? I've emailed Royal Mail but they're absolutely useless. Is there someone at eBay that can help?

Mentor11 months agoThis happens sometimes and there's nothing you can do about. I assume you used the postage label supplied via ebay? Anyway, if the tracking doesn't update the payment will be held for 14 days. Or as you're a new seller payments may be put on hold for 30 days regardless of what the tracking says.
