Item Delivered but Payment Not Released

Hi everyone,

I already posted the item with DHL and it has been delivered, but I cannot change the order status and therefore I haven’t been paid yet.

What should I do?

If you didn't use the ebay Simpe Delivery postage label you can mark the item as dispatched by opening the original SD label.

Then change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.

Even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days.
