Item delivered but I just clicked not dispatched
Hi so I sold an item on Wednesday. Sent it out the same day. It got delivered next by 1pm so now waiting on funds. Today went into my account to see if the funds had dropped in and they hadn’t but while I was doing this I accidentally marked my item as not dispatched so now it’s telling me my funds won’t be available until the 23rd July. You can clearly see it’s been delivered and I still have the tracking etc? Any ideas? Do I contact eBay?

OP1 month agoIt’s ok I have sorted it. I spoke to eBay and my funds have been released etc. it wouldn’t give me the option to mark as dispatched.

Mark as not dispatched would be in a drop down menu, and once clicked I would thin
k the option to mark as dispatched will show.
