Item delivered but buyer has not received i
I sold a 10ct gold ring and posted it through simple delivery. I duly downloaded their label.
It was tracked delivered.
The buyer said she hasn’t received it. I thought it was an open and shut case as I have proof it was delivered.
EBay are holding my money whilst they review it.
I thought using simple delivery is the safest way, but it appears I may be wrong.
As anyone any suggestions please
