Item delivered
I sold an item and the postage label that eBay provided didn't have the correct weight on it so I paid for the correct postage, the item was delivered today and the buyer is happy and has left positive feedback, but how do I mark item as delivered so I can get paid?

Mentor11 months agoMark the item as dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label. It will remain unused. Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.

OP11 months agoI have done that but it obviously still doesn't show as delivered, even though it was delivered today and the buyer has left positive feedback

Mentor11 months agoIf you changed the tracking number on ebay it will show delivered if the tracking has updated. Sometimes tracking doesn't update right away.

Mentor11 months agoAs you used your own postage have you updated the tracking? You can do this manually as below, use a laptop / PC for this not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work well, too.
