Mentor1 week agoRight your message is right if they want a refund, however if you sent the item as a simple delivery item then you shouldn't do this. You need to ask your buyer to open a item arrived damaged case, as eBay will refund the buyer not you. The postal contract is between ebay and the carrier not you and the carrier.
