Item damaged by Royal Mail - organised via simple delivery.
Hi everyone,
I've sent an item via the simple delivery service but it's arrived damaged. Ebay is only giving the buyer options for me to refund it/pay for returns etc. This isn't right is it? I thought simple delivery protected me? Of course the AI agent/request a call back options are offline as this happens.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedSome items are not covered by SD, such as precious gems or metals. There are others but ebay don't publish a definitive list. Also buyer must use the "damaged in transit" reason for return.
