Item Collected using Code but Buyer now wants a refund
Sold a leisure refrigerator from my motorhome.
It was in full working order and professionally removed and has been in storage for several months.
It was collected today and using the eBay collection code and taken away.
Buyer has come back 5 hours after collection to say that it's not working at all, totally dead.
I don't know what to do as it was working.
Worried that it could have been stripped for working parts. I have no idea if the refrigerator would be in the same condition as when it was collected if returned.
This is why I hate selling!

·6 months agoIf they open a 'not as described' case through Ebay, you will have to accept the return, arrange to collect the item, and refund them. (Unless you want to offer a partial refund or refund the buyer without a return.)
Have they opened a case?
