Item collected so don't need postage label I've been charged for
My buyer has collected the item and eBay are charging me for a postage label? How do I mark the item as collected? My listing offered collection and postage

Mentor3 months agoNot possible. If buyer selected collection then he would have been provided with a code to give to you, which is then used to prove delivery.
As far as label is concerned, you need to cancel it to get a refund, which I understand takes 30 days.
