Item collected in person , as opposed to delivery , now can’t get paid!
Hi,
i met someone today in person who i sold the item to (we arranged via eBay)
they have paid for the item, but i cannot receive my funds, as its saying the next step I must do is dispatch the item. I obviously cannot do this, as the person has already collected it.
please help! What do I do? I seem unable to contact eBay

Mentor10 months agoOpen the Simple Delivery postage label and that will mark it dispatched.
