Item collected but don’t have collection code
It is really my fault, a buyer collected an item and came when I was in the middle of dealing with something so I handed over the item not thinking about needing a code. The buyer was very responsive to messages before collection. But I realised I needed the code and asked him to send it and got no reply. I waited a few days and tried again, the waited and tried again. Then finally messaged and said if he couldn’t find the code he could just mark it as collected, but again no response. As far as I know he is not claiming he has not got it, but a couple of months later eBay still has it showing as awaiting collection. Will it ever remove this from my seller page?

Mentor7 months agoProbably not but I assume you've received the payment? It's too late for the buyer to claim non-receipt on ebay. They only get 30 days to do that. Longer for a credit card chargeback but odds are it will be fine.
