Item bought using Simple Delivery is faulty - how do I get a refund?
I ordered a used Blu Ray player from a private seller on eBay. There was a long delay in it arriving so I had to raise an 'item not received' query. It arrived today, so I closed the query. However, on using it, I find it will not work. The seller does not accept returns. How do I arrange a refund?

Mentor11 months agoProvided you are within 30 days of delivery you can still open a case to return the item.
Not accepting returns is only for changes of mind. Not if something doesn't work.
