Item bought as guest arrived broken
I have an ebay account but bought item as a guest- it arrived yesterday from American broken , poorly packaged in numerous pieces cost £200 - I cannot find out how to return or raise a complaint because it asks me to register an account and obviously its not logged in my account as a purchase.
