Item bought 6 Months ago has been deemed Fake by a jeweller when cleaning

I bought a chain that was sold as "925 Sterling Silver". I bought it in November 2025 and took it to jewellers to be cleaned. The jeweller rangg me and told me that it is not Sterling Silver. There is no Silver content at all. Is it too late to do anything about the seller who is still selling the same items? And is it too late for me to get my money back?

I'm afraid ebay only allow 30 days for claims, payment providers allow 120 days. So it is too late unless the value makes small claims court (now called moneyclaim online) worthwhile. If it was a UK business seller you can report them to Trading Standards.
