Item arrived damaged - seller will not accept returns
I received an item damaged, open a case to return and the seller will not accept returns, send him pics etc. The seller closed my return case and Ebay are saying that it can not be appealed. Something not fair with that?

Mentor7 months agoYes something not only unfair, but not right.
A seller cannot refuse a return case for a damaged item, unless you opened the wrong case , or you opened one after 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery.
What reason for the return did you select? When did you receive this item, and opened the case ?
