I ordered a few days ago my order number is 14-14181-88867 and 5 February comes one email your order delivered but I don’t receive any order I’m your customer I’m not say lying for 12 pound and now going to four days I calm for refund money for buying again but I didn’t receive any money back I don’t have time every day send text to seller or eBay please sold out my problem

If you need to sort this item (we have no access to your account) then you will need to request a call back from eBay. The link is below and I would suggest doing it earlier in the morning as you will have a better chance of catching someone in Dublin.
