Issues with final cost vs offer
Hi everyone.
Made an offer to a private seller in the UK ehich was accepted (£30). I am also in the UK.
The offer plus protection charge should be £31.90 but when I checkout its over £35. Messaged the seller and they dont know why but they sent me a screenshot from their side showing that the final buyer's price was shown to them as £31.90..

Mentor10 months agoIs the seller registered outside the UK or goods located outside the UK, as that is what determines if VAT gets added.
What is quoted for postage?
From the figures you give, it does not look as though the difference is 20%, so it might help if you gave the item number then the explanation might be easier to identify.

Item number is 397378097419
Seller said its showing them the final buyers price as 31.90.
When I go to checkout it shows cost as 35.64.

By the way, your offer would have included the BPF, it doesn't get added.
