Issue with Linking Payoneer for Payouts
Dear eBay Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue I am facing while trying to complete my seller account setup. My business account details are as follows: Business Name: AURACART LIMITED Business Location: United Kingdom Account Type: Company (LTD) Payoneer Status: Fully approved business account When I proceed to the “Payout Information” step, the system does not show me the option to link my Payoneer account. Instead, I receive an error message saying “Something isn’t right. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.” Since Payoneer is already approved and ready for use, I believe this may be a technical issue or something missing in my account setup. I kindly request your assistance in: Enabling the option to link my Payoneer account for payouts. Confirming if any additional steps or documents are required from my side. This is the only step left for me to start selling, so I would highly appreciate it if you could resolve this issue at the earliest. Looking forward to your guidance.Best regards,

Mentor10 months agoBy Default, UK based Addresses with UK based Banking account details are required ---
Suggest using the International www.ebay.com site to register correctly which will offer many other options including acceptable Business registration with Global Banking account/s ( including Payoneer ) availability. https://community.ebay.com/

Mentor10 months agoIn UK you have to link your business Bank account to receive payments.
Payoneer is not valid here.

Mentor10 months agoAs far as I am aware ebay uk does not accept Payoneer for payouts. Have you checked that it's on the list?

Please try again later.' I have already contacted support and cleared my browser data, but the issue remains. Could you please check my account from your end to see why I cannot proceed?"

OP10 months agoI recently registered my UK Ltd company on eBay UK and I am in the process
of setting up my payouts.
Currently, my Payoneer Business Account is fully approved and verified, but
when I try to link it in the payout section, I am not seeing the option to
add it.
Can you please confirm if eBay UK only accepts direct bank accounts (like
Wise/WorldFirst/UK business bank) for payouts, and not Payoneer?
If so, what would be the best alternative for a non-resident UK Ltd company
to receive payouts smoothly?
Any guidance from experienced sellers will be highly appreciated.

Ebay has special rules for businesses owned by overseas legal entities.
