Issue with iten that i sold

Hi, I need help with a payment being held for an order I have already shipped.
The buyer has paid for the item, but the payment is currently being held because the order has not been marked as dispatched/delivered.
eBay provided me with a prepaid Royal Mail shipping label, but I accidentally shipped the parcel using a different shipping label. The parcel has already been sent to the buyer and I have a valid tracking number and proof of postage.
Because I used a different label, the tracking information is not automatically linked to the eBay order, so the delivery status will not update.
Could you please add/update the correct tracking number on the order or manually confirm the shipment, so that the payment can be released once the parcel is delivered?
I can provide the tracking number and proof of postage.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedYou can't change tracking number if you don't use Simple Delivery. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days. Or as a new seller payment may be held for 30 days but that is a separate issue.
You can mark dispatched if you like by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it). But the payment will be released anyway even if you don't do that.
