Hi community. I purchased an Xbox one from a seller. I looked at the pics before I bided and won!
However, now I have them, I have an issue! The OFFICIAL power supply isn’t in the box and instead an unofficial one is there! On the pictures there was no official power supply! The issue I have is unofficial electrical items usually have issues! And should the item description state that!?
Do I have grounds for a return? Especially due it being an electrical item!

Mentor1 month agoI don't believe you do, you state the pictures didn't show one and if no mention was made in the description then you don't have grounds. IF you are that worried you buy an official power source.

Mentor1 month agoUnless the listing said the official power supply was included I would say you have no grounds for a return, but others may disagree. At the end of the day it's your decision.
