Issue switching bank accounts for payout

Question

Hello communityI need to change my bank account for payouts, after entering my details and connecting to my bank and after verifying I land on a page saying Info, which is just a white screen with a spinning wheel and a refresh button. This is where I get stuck, I cannot get passed the spinning wheel. Is there another way to change bank accounts? I cannot delete the existing account as Ebay says I can't delete without first adding a new bank account. I'm stuck :(

You need to use a laptop /PC for this not the app, then change those details here:

https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list

After adding the details, the account will take about 5 days to be checked and verified before being active for use.
