Issue adding tracking number to return an item to seller- No Option shown on drop down box
Hi All
I purchased a Lego Technic car for my nephew; it turned out to be fake. I paid via PayPal. The buyer was very rude and threatening, however issued a return label. I printed it out and sent it back to the buyer, I have sent all proof to the buyers in box of postage, tracking and images of the item being tracked and returned via Evri on the 1st of September. I cannot seem to add the tracking number anywhere on the order, it keeps telling me to post the item by the 11th of September. I have already posted the item with the label that the seller provided. But I am having issues with Ebay by trying to add the tracking number, but it doesn't give me the option to add anything, all i see is post item, I have tried to contact ebay, no help they say they will call but dont, I have emailed them no response. I am getting frustrated now. I have tried on my mobile and logged onto my account on the desktop and I still cant add a tracking number. Can anyone help?

Mentor11 months agoWhen an item is returned using the postage label supplied via ebay the tracking number is added automatically. So it sounds like the seller has sent you one outside of the system. Is there still a label to be downloaded from the return? If you can get the original label and send something to the seller, that would update the tracking and your refund would be issued.
