Have you never read the 30 day money back guarantee, link is on every listing.
You do not need to contact seller, you open a Not Received case. Seller cannot ignore that as if they do, you just escalate to ebay, who will refund at sellers expense snd they get defect.

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a refund.
