Is vinted better for private sellers?

I have been selling privately on ebay for 20 yrs but have never known sales to be so bad. 6 months ago my daughter started selling her family's clothes etc on Vinted. She has sold 150 items and made £850. I sell on ebay and can not manage 1 sale per month. I receive loads of adverts daily from ebay from large businesses advertising products. Is eBay now just for businesses?

No, eBay isn't just for businesses but the reason why you see ads for their products is because they pay for those ads.

All you can do is to have the best photo you can get of your item to encourage buyers to click on it and look at the listing, a good description and a competitive price.
