Unfortunately, for an item bought that long ago, you're way out of time to pursue a refund.
Because your seller is registered in China and not a UK registered business seller there isn't anywhere to go with this.

Mentor1 week agoWe can't see who you bought from, so can't tell you the answer to that one.
You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay’s Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.
