Is this communication allowed on eBay?
Hi guys, please help. What do you think is this appropriate from the seller to write messages like why don’t you find me on the internet, it’s not difficult”, “Can’t you see what’s written at the top?”, and especially telling you that you’re “bothering” the company and should stop contacting them are not the way I’d expect a professional seller to communicate with a customer who has a genuine warranty/service issue.

It's pointless to talk about what you "would expect from a professional seller". This is eBay, where buyers that are warned that eBay does not guarantee that descriptions will be honest and truthful or that items will be safe or even legal.
eBay sellers' warranties are only as good as the seller who gives them, and all too many don't want to know when there is a problem. Even manufacturers' warranties are liable to be invalid for items bought on eBay. Few sellers are authorised distributors any many scour trade disposal sales for seconds, customer returns or end of line stock - not to mention those selling counterfeits. Don't expect buying here to be like the shops. eBay is a jungle.

OP3 weeks agounderstand what you mean, but that is precisely the problem. I was expecting a more fair and professional way of doing business on eBay. I didn’t realise that the platform was essentially a jungle where, once something goes wrong, the buyer may simply be left to deal with it alone.
I appreciate that buyers need to be cautious, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a seller to communicate and take responsibility when there is a genuine warranty or service issue.

Mentor3 weeks agoWarranty problems are best dealt with by consulting Citizens Advice. If necessary they have contacts with Trading Standards.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe problem with any warranty offered by any seller anywhere is that its only as good as your ability to enforce it when required. eBay don't enforce warranties.
If you'd like to explain what's happened in a bit more detail we can advise further.
