Is this a refund?
I have sold a couple of items. There is a picture of the two boxes on the customers doorstep but the customer is saying they’re not there now. Is that a refund?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt is up to buyer to open a Not received case, as nothing will happen until they do. As far as you are concerned ebay should accept proof of delivery.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf tracking shows delivered, ebay will support you and you don't refund.
If you used simple delivery and buyer opened item not received case, ebay will sort anyway.
