Is there a specific mechanism to complain about Ebay Customer Support?
Summary: man*cub2011 is seeking information on how to officially complain about customer service experiences on eBay, mentioning that follow-up feedback requests ceased. tobiasd4 suggests there is no specific complaints department and advises writing to the address found in the user agreement but warns not to expect much in response.
I appreciate that we get a 'how did we do?' reply after contacting customer services, but , they stopped sending that after the follow up contacts. Not going to bore anyone with the details, but does anyone know of a specific mechanism of complaint specifically about customer service. Cant seem to find one anywhere?! And, I'm in the UK... does anyone know which country the main customer services is based? Its also very relevant! Only been on ebay for 15 + 4 years.. :-)
Love to you all
Chris..

You can write to address in user agreement, see bottom of page.
Don't expect any proper response.

OP2 weeks agoThank you Tobiasd4... I thought not. I wonder how many other UK registered companies dont have a complaints procedure (specifically about their company and not their model)?
Somewhat cowardly, considering they are the ones that write their policies.
Thanks again.
