Is it still possible to chat to an agent regarding a ridiculous eBay message I received?
I was trying to send a courteous "no thanks" message in reply to a seller's response to my question.
This was blocked for having contact or payment information, but that's ridiculous. It had nothing like (see screenshot).
All attempts to get through the bot to a real agent proved futile. This time it's just an annoyance, but I'd like to know how to contact an agent if needed.

Mentor6 months agoYou don't need to respond any more so I wouldn't worry about this being blocked - you asked the seller a question (presumably about the dates on the item), they answered it, and then you sent them a message questioning the validity of their item.
There's basically nowhere further to go with this, so I wouldn't bother trying to ask eBay.

OP6 months agoMany thanks, but can you tell me if it's possible to contact a real agent ( and if so how). The "help" bot didn't help.
