Is it possible to add 'Buyers Note' to packing slips?
I can't see an option to include this as a checkbox when customizing the packing slip in the interface, which seems a little unintuitive if it isn't something we're able to add.
There have been a few occasions where an order has been packed incorrectly because the buyer left a note requesting a customization, but that note isn't reflected on the packing slip we're working from.
