Is it a fraud?
I mistakenly ordered a microwave which i realised is not working mentioned in discription. So i cancelled the order within the minutes i ordered it. Still intentionally seller sent the order for delivery and refusing to take it back. Is it a fraud? How can i stop it and get full refund? Please help.

Clearly, the answer is no, it isn't fraud.
Ebay's policy on cancellation is very clear: buyers can ask to cancel an order but the seller then decides whether to accept or decline the cancellation.

Mentor6 months agoIt's not fraud if it was mentioned in the description that it was not working.
If it was sold by a private seller with no returns then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do through eBay, however if it was sold by a business then you can return it but you will have to pay return carriage.

OP6 months agoThank you for your advice. Yes i know i made a mistake in first part, but how someone can sent the delivery the NEXT DAY of order placed and i cancelled in minutes after placing it. It clearly shows that he just wanted a money and get rid of that broken thing. Its a clear fraud in my pov. Thank you.

What was your seller's returns policy? (This will be stated in the listing.)
If they are a private seller, they don't have to accept cancellations. If they stated this, you can't say it's fraud if they won't accept a return; you accepted this when you bought it. They did explain in the description that it didn't work.
If they are a UK business seller, they are required by law and by eBay to accept returns, for any reason. Their returns policy will state the time limit to return an item. You would of course be responsible for the cost of returning it.
If the seller states that they accept returns, but refused to honour this policy, you can use eBay's money back guarantee and say so. The seller would be required to refund you in full, and to send you a prepaid return label or arrange a courier.
