Is ebay cutomer support working
I have been trying to contact ebay customer support since Saturday but keep getting this;
Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help.
I used the global shipping programme and a customer want to return an item. All the info on this jacket was in the listing , I was left positive feedback. First he said it was damaged, when I told him ALL the info on the Jacket was in the listing then he claimed it was fake. The buyer is misusing the returns and I need to contact ebau ASAP.

Mentor5 months agoThe buyer may well be misusing the returns process but all ebay will do is tell you to fund the return label (difficult with GSP), or simply refund.
They won't take your word over the buyer's.
