Is cancellation a default setting that I can reset?

Hi, I've received a cancelation notice from ebay for a sold auction item .

I contacted the buyer who hasnt paid yet but wants the item.

Why have I received the cancellation, and can I reset it to continue the sale?

It sounds as if you have your no payment settings to auto cancel after a set number of days. If so, it's too late to save this sale. You could relist.

Is it the drawers sold 10th August? If so, and the buyer hasn't yet paid then @papso22 is correct, and the order has been automatically cancelled as unpaid. You'll need to relist.

Buyers have 4 days to pay, after that time cancellation would be for Non payment, and buyer gets an unpaid strike. Not possible to reset, you would need to relist
